Myrtle Beach Varsity Seahawks took Saturday's game in dramatic fashion, with a 7-6 walk-off victory over Andrews. The game was tied at six in the bottom of the seventh when Delfin lined out, scoring one run. Myrtle Beach Varsity Seahawks came back to win despite trailing 6-0 in the second. Andrews got on the board in the top of the first inning after Jordan grounded out, and Cannon singled down the right field line, each scoring one run. Andrews added to their early lead in the top of the second inning after Baker doubled to center field, and Cannon singled to center field, each scoring two runs. Myrtle Beach Varsity Seahawks took the lead in the bottom of the seventh inning after Trembley singled to center field, Kellahan walked, and Delfin lined out, each scoring one run. Moran pitched three and two-thirds innings in relief for Myrtle Beach Varsity Seahawks. The right-handed pitcher surrendered one hit and zero runs while, striking out five and walking two. Goff opened the game for Myrtle Beach Varsity Seahawks. The starter surrendered eight hits and six runs over two innings, striking out two and walking two. Baker led things off on the mound for Andrews. The starter gave up two hits and one run over four and one-third innings, striking out 11 and walking two. Thomas and Trembley were a force together in the lineup, as they each collected two hits for Myrtle Beach Varsity Seahawks. Bolick, Cooksey, Delfin, Kellahan, Mays, and Trembley each drove in one run for Myrtle Beach Varsity Seahawks. Myrtle Beach Varsity Seahawks worked the count all day, collecting eight walks.
