MB BASEBALL LOSES TO AYNOR
Both teams were strong on the bump on Tuesday, but Aynor was just a little bit stronger at the plate in their 3-0 victory over Myrtle Beach Varsity Seahawks. Goff started the game for Myrtle Beach Varsity Seahawks and recorded nine outs.
Aynor got on the board in the top of the fourth inning after Aynor scored on a wild pitch, and Huggins walked, each scoring one run.
Goff stepped on the mound first for Myrtle Beach Varsity Seahawks. The starting pitcher allowed two hits and zero runs over three innings, striking out six and walking none. Klaczko stepped on the bump first for Aynor. The hurler allowed four hits and zero runs over five and two-thirds innings, striking out five and walking none.
Bolick, Davidson, Delfin, and Moran each collected one hit for Myrtle Beach Varsity Seahawks. Myrtle Beach Varsity Seahawks didn't commit a single error in the field. Mays had the most chances in the field with eight.
